I’m can say John & Mari and the amazing team always does their best and they make sure to make the customer happy, myself and family members have brought several cars from John. I have an Acura TL 05 that I purchased 15yrs ago and that girl is still going NOT one engine light. I was due for a new girl and he found me another ACURA RDX 2017. I had the most amazing experience at John’s! I was worried about financing a car with my credit but John and his amazing office staff stopped at nothing to make sure we got in the car we wanted! I will forever be grateful and definitely be back to get my son a car !! Thank you soooo very much!!

My mom and I came in today to find a reliable car and ended up getting a very nice 2017 Kia Forte UNDER 100,000 miles. They also helped us find a better insurance policy, a good monthly payment, and they were very nice and welcoming along with their patience! Thank you John, Mary, Marly, and Victoria!

We have been dealing with John for many years. We Purchased Vehicles from him and also sold vehicle to him . We went to go visit him again over the weekend because my mom was looking for a new vehicle .He put her in a perfect little car with a little lot of great safety features, and she loves it. I feel like he really listens to your needs and what you’re looking for in a car not to pushy. ( You know them pushy car salesman I’m talking about lol) He really made my mom feel very comfortable. I do think he is trustworthy and honest ,Really down to earth and relatable. Just tell them upfront what you need and what you got and he will try to give you the best deal. He understands and works with people that don’t have such good credit, maybe have a little past you know been through life, he understands he will work with you. Also His entire staff is great Victoria, Mary, and even the doggie Lilly ❤️ All around it was a great experience and my mom got a good car and we had a good experience .All of our cars there have been great. My husband still has an F250 that he bought 20 years ago from John’s still running like a champ👍 So go check them out you won’t be disappointed.

There aren't enough words in the English language to express my gratitude to the staff and the owner of John's Route 13 Auto Sales, so I will express it in Spanish as well.Mary, Marley, Victoria, and the owner, John, were absolutely fantastic. They did everything in their power to find me the best car at the best price and worked out the financing to get me into my dream car. I highly recommend them—this is definitely the place to go!Mary, Marley, Victoria y el dueño, John, fueron absolutamente fantásticos. Hicieron todo lo que estuvo a su alcance para encontrarme el mejor auto al mejor precio y gestionaron el financiamiento para conseguirme el auto de mis sueños. ¡Los recomiendo encarecidamente, este es sin duda el lugar indicado!
